Black, orange and tan cat

Please see the photo as this cat showed up in my yard a few days ago. They are skinny so have been feeding so I could see if they were someone's pet and get close to them. This evening the cat let me pet them and wanted to come into our hse BUT I have two big dogs. They love to be pet and purr constantly when they are but that took the cat seeing me a few times to make sure I was safe. I know that this little one got out as they are super friendly and clearly live in a home. Please share and look at the photo. No collar and haven't been able to bring in for a microchip check but will try.
