All black, left eye a bit more closed than right eye. Was last seen running to the meadow at Powder Mills Park.

His name is winky he’s about 4-5 yr old. Neutered and very afraid of people. Please approach cautiously. His left eye is slightly more closed than his right eye. He is NOT microchipped he was a stray before we found him three years ago. He is used to being inside and outside. Please help us find him.
