Message from Owner

Our sweet boy, Louis, escaped from our apmt a few days back due to a neighbors child opening our door. My other cat, Choco cries for him every night since. He is very timid around strangers and I am not sure if he will let you approach him. If you have any information at all, please reach me at.

Go outside every evening and early morning shaking cat treats, clanging food bowls calling for your kitty. At night use a flashlight( this will reflect their eyes if hiding) to check shrubbery, hedges, lower tree limbs, and around anything your cat could hide under. Be sure to have your neighbors check their garages, sheds, under car hoods, etc.

Get bright colored posters for making signs from Dollar stores or Walmart. Get this up asap at intersections and put one in your yard. These are the number #1 tool for reuniting pets as not everyone is on social media or know about these sites. Also quickly print up fliers and pass out to area neighbors & give one to your mail carrier & nearby vets. ✅ pet signs Suggestions on signs. “We cannot emphasize this enough - SIGNS are one of the best ways to locate a Lost Pet or Find An Owner.” https://www.missinganimalresponse.com/neon-posters/

Please list on local Nextdoor app and ask neighbors and businesses in area to check Ring and security cameras for possible sightings. Go out at all times dark w your flashlights looking high n low in strange places for kitty eyes. Talk to everyone you see outside as you’re looking and let them know about kitty. Posters are helpful too. Don’t give up
