Tuxedo Cat ~11lb, 4 different white socks

Ceiilon (say-lawn) is a y, smart tuxedo about 9-10 months old and neutered but not chipped. He loves food and playing. He's very interested in other cats as he was separated from siblings early. I was going to take him in when owner wanted to rehome, but I was not able to get to him in time. He was last seen near the jungle gym at Veteran's park near Pacific and Spring. I'm looking for him so I can bring him inside as he hated being outside without his backpack. I like to say that he has toe, ankle, knee, and thigh high socks. All white feet have different coverage. His tail is all black, whiskers are white, and he has no collar on. He answers to his name and playing with toys gains his trust. Thank you♡
