Good morning, everyone. While taking the boarding dogs out this morning at the facility where I work, this sweet baby came running up to our gate crying. I immediately brought her inside our secured gate, but I had to keep her separated from our boarding dogs since we don't know her health or vaccination status, and I have to protect the pets in our care. She was extremely hungry and thirsty. She ate **three bowls of food** and drank plenty of water, so it's clear she's been without care for a while. Right now, she's safe in a secure outdoor area, but she can't stay here long, especially with how hot it's supposed to get today. The last time we contacted Animal Control about a stray, we were told euthanasia was a possibility due to overcrowding. I'm really hoping we can find this sweet girl another option before it comes to that.
