Heart is 7 months old and he has a pinhole white dot on his right lip and a black heart shape on his belly. Very friendly likes belly rubs he didn't go far from my street as he had never done that he stays close to his food. Please if you've seen him return him help. I mostly want to target veterinarians because I think someone took Him to get fixed he was due to do get Neutered but he missed his appointments.
