Milo is loved. He is not chipped and has 2 problems under his tail 😬. Milo thinks he is an outdoor cat and our family has tried to keep him inside but, he is fast. We hope someone has him safe and warm but, my daughter is starting to think the worst. She/we are heart broken 💔. Please keep a lookout for him.
