Justin Franklin unsure if this is your Ralph, but there is a very friendly black lab over here by white rock lake. Called animal services, but they can’t give me an ETA on coming out to scan him..

Lee Ann Adams Thank you!! I immediately saw this message and drove over there, unfortunately the dog was already gone, but talked to neighbors and apparently he was there about 30 minutes before I arrived. No one had a photo unfortunately. Spent the entire evening driving around the neighborhood until it got dark, but no luck.
