Amy Myers we got the flyers up the same night he got out and we’re up until 4 am searching. I really do think he’s hiding not far from home in either someone’s garage or shed. I have asked any neighbor I see if they can check their stuff that a cat could slip into, going out at dusk and dawn to search with a flashlight also. Thank you for your comment❤️

Mikayla Cline Those tips are are crucial🐾💕. Please do not delay with getting flyers distributed right away (go door to door & actually talk to people).... make at least 60 1/2 page flyers (30 sheets 2 to a page) & 10 full sheet flyers in sheet protectors (office depot) to staple to wood posts. Staple rubber bands to the 1/2 sheet flyers so you can still leave it if they don't answer the door. This has been the most effective way that at least 17 cats have been recovered recently. I sure hope you get them back & they never get out again💕🐾.

Mikayla Cline Here are some super effective tips to follow to get your kitty back. Please don't delay, do them all, then do them again. Do not give up!🙏🏼🫶🏻 You have to actively look for your cat and not just wait for your cat to show back up. Indoor only cats and limited outdoor access cats never go far. They go into survival mode and hide in silence. They will not always respond to you, most don’t. 3 AM is the best time to find a missing indoor only cat. This is the time they become most active and responsive. Place some dirty socks and pillow cases outside. Your scent will attratct your kitty. If you have a garage place the items near the garage door will and crack the door enough for her to get in. DO NOT leave food or a litter box outside, it can attract predators and aggressive Tom cats. Because indoor only cats hide so well they are not as likely to be killed by a predator. Don't give up, it can take weeks to find a missing indoor only cat. Use a flashlight as late at night as you can to look in trees, under cars and in bushes. Try to look for the glow of his eyes. Survival mode lasts 5 to 14 days. Once their hunger gets to a maximum they snap out of it but this is a dangerous time because they come out of hiding. Make mini flyers and hand them out to your neighbors. Most people don't pay attention to posted flyers. It's VERY VERY important that you look for her as late at night as you can. If you have other cats, watch them. If they are spending a lot of time looking out a certain window, that’s a good indication the missing cat is in that area. Wildlife and motion activated cameras are also helpful. Also ask neighbors to check their garages and honk horns before they turn the car on! Praying you find your sweet baby soon 🫶🏻🙏🏼♥️
