Found her running down Westheimer Parkway during rush hour. Possible she got loose from the nearby dog park. No collar or tags, unfortunately, but it seems like she knows some tricks. Seems like she’s accustomed to be a lapdog. I have found a person to foster her as I have two dogs and can’t keep her long. The foster is experienced at fostering and dog rescue and will find her a home if we can’t locate the owner. Be prepared to show pictures of her with you/your family to prove ownership.
