This little guy was found chained to his sister in the middle of the road out in the country. They had not only been dumped, but the female had bite scars all over her face, most likely used as a bait dog. Sadly she would pass away of these injuries. Rodeo has been taken care of, fattened up, and is a beloved member of the family. Please help get him back to them. Thank you.
