I have a cat rescue group involved now. We have a feeding station/trap set. When the cat get used to going into the trap to eat, then will set it. Once set they will monitor it from their car, never left alone while set. Once trapped, the cat will go to the Animal Refuge League for evaluation (chipped, medical) and eventually put up for adoption.
