To find your cat do the following. Make a poster with your cats specifics and include information that is on the example I have provided. If you offer a reward then expect scammers. DO NOT HAND OVER MONEY WITHOUT RECEIVING YOUR CAT FIRST. Put the poster you made inside a plastic sheet protector and attach to fluorescent poster paper. Strategically attach with packing tape to light posts in high foot traffic areas. As the weeks go in expand your search to neighbouring communities. Once you locate your cat you will most likely need a cat trap to secure your cat as it will probably be in survival mode. A cat trap MUST BE CONTINUALLY MONITORED to ensure that you TRAP ONLY YOUR CAT and not someone else’s pet or wildlife.

I know this is not ideal, but if you can, leave your door open a little bit and put out your worn clothing and some food. We did this and our cat came home in the middle of the night after missing for 3 days.
