Message from Owner

My bunny is missing, she was stolen from our home, and my heart feels incomplete without her. To some people, she may have been "just a rabbit," but to me, she is family. She filled my days with quiet comfort, little hops across the room, curious nose nudges, and a love that made even ordinary moments feel special. The silence she has left behind is overwhelming. Every time I look at her empty cage, I find myself hoping she'll suddenly appear, ears up and eyes bright, as if she was only gone for a moment. I miss her more than words can explain. I miss the routines we shared, the way she made me smile without even trying, and the feeling of knowing she was safe and nearby. Wherever she is, I hope she knows how deeply she is loved and how hard I am searching for her. I haven't stopped hoping. I haven't stopped believing that I might see her again. If she could hear me, I would tell her this: Come home, sweet girl. Your family is waiting for you. Your home is waiting for you. And no matter how much time passes, I will never stop caring, never stop looking, and never stop loving you. Until I find you, I'll hold onto every memory and every little moment that made you uniquely you. You are missed beyond measure, and you are loved more than you'll ever know.

I’m so sorry she’s missing. I have several questions - did someone enter your home/ garage or was she outside and taken? Do you or neighbors have cameras? Is it possible she is trapped somewhere inside? I normally post this for cats, but maybe some of this will be helpful: If normally an indoor cat, then kitty is likely hiding real close to home. They tend to freeze in place and may not come out if you call their name. They are masters at hiding and squeezing into small spaces. Use a flashlight to look in, under, behind all dark spaces so that their eyes glow. You can do this during the day, but especially at night when things are quieter. Check inside the house as well just in case (dresser drawers, up inside mattress box spring, recliner, sofa, etc). Look up in trees and other high spots in case kitty climbed up to escape another animal. Do NOT put litter box or bedding outside as that can attract other animals/predators. Put some of your dirty laundry/worn clothing outside for the scent. Leave a door cracked open so kitty can get back inside. Set up trail cameras outside and use a humane trap that you can buy at a hardware store or borrow from a rescue. Ask neighbors to check garages and sheds. Hang LOST signs in your area. Post on Nextdoor app, Ring app, Pawboost, area facebook pages, and lost and found facebook pages. Make sure microchip information is accurate. Check local animal shelters in person. Check the 24petconnect website via zip code for intakes. Be careful of scammers contacting you about drone services, pet tracking or stories that your pet is at the vet and money is needed.

I don't understand people. Why take something that doesn't belong to you? Baffles me. Do you think it was someone you know? My heart hurts for you. I would plaster signs everywhere you possibly can
