Finder, please, notify local police and local shelters. Those are where owners will be calling and looking for their dog and they may be out looking now… They can also scan this dog for a chip. Please do not give the dog to anyone who cannot provide you with ownership papers and that exchange is mostly done at the police station. Thank you!
