Report him missing with Mississauga Animal Services asap in case someone found him and took him in. Post to the Nextdoor app to get word out to more people. Tomorrow get posters up and tell everyone in your neighborhood to check their cameras for sightings. When he comes home, you should consider getting him neutered, and then he will not have as much urge to wander off. They travel far to find a female in heat.
