Description

Standard Tabby Cat, smaller than average for an adult

Message from Owner

Please help us find Loki. He hangs around Argyle Road and Vicarage Lane, near the Tottenham stadium. He is chipped and neutered. He probably wouldn’t approach you, he’s quite shy and minds his own business. He is smaller than the average adult cat. He truly is the light in our hse and we are all worried sick about him. His presence is causing us great distress and we have an international holiday booked this week and were supposed to leave him with a family member. We really need to find him asap. :( please keep an eye out for him.

Please follow this advice asap really hope your cat comes home soon safe and sound x Try to search by thinking of your home as centre of a circle and call your cat from the edges. Call, listen carefully, rattle treats etc, then move slowly towards home, stop, repeat, and do this several times until you're home. This could guide your cat back in the right direction. Take a strong torch and check carefully under hedges etc. Door knock with leaflets during the day and check sheds etc, empty buildings yourself as your cat should come to you. ALWAYS CHECK SHEDS, BUSHES, GARDENS, YARDS ETC YOURSELF. Your cat may hide from others. ps only call on roads late night or early hours when it's safer for cats

You may have done some of this already, but if not it might be worth putting a photo through the doors of houses/flats in nearby roads to home. Many people don’t walk around their local area and some don’t go out a great deal so they might not realise a visiting cat in their garden is a missing one. Plus, posters at the railway stations, bus stops, and newsagents. A poster at the station worked for me. Mine was found after 10 days, so don’t give up hope. Also if you have any used cat litter, (or bedding), spread bits of it around your borders outside. Cats can pick up their scent from some distance. I hope your cat is back home with you soon.🙏🤞🐾

Hang items of your unwashed clothing outside your home so he can pick up your scent Repeat every 2days.Call late at night and early mornings shaking the treats.Go out in your garden between 2am and 4am call listen and wait.Put posters up especially on your outdoor bin and in car window.Leaflet drop in your area and physically ask and go with neighbours to check their sheds and garages.Phone local vets.Good luck
