Patti B Mayfield the wind may have spooked him. Typically cats stay within 3 to 5 houses of their home. When theyre in fight or flight mode they won't come out even if the owner is calling for them. Ask neighbors to check in garages or under sheds...go out late at night walking very slowly. Call out for him and listen for rustling. If worst comes to worst having a cellular trail cam and a humane trap always comes in handy! Good luck!

Please share! We are heartbroken! He ran out when we let our dog out and ran across the street under a fence. We haven't seen him since 🙏🙏🙏 He is missed terribly!
