My partner and I found her walking around with a pink collar in the portland neighborhood by Wright Place Bar. I walked around and talked with some neighbors who said shes been sighted since at least yesterday on this super busy road. I haven't been able to get a leash on her becauseof how skittish she is after being on the street, but she is safe in the backyard for now with food and water. Please help. I would love to foster but I have four other rescue babies and just dont have the room in my current apmt. She needs to be seen by a vet, and she needs to get back to her family, please and thank you for sharing this 🖤
