It’s a beautiful kitten, but it’s a stray. The majority of cats and kittens you find running free don’t have owners. There’s not a lot of people on eastern North Carolina. They actually like cats it’s sad but true they’re dumped on a daily basis. And it’s hard to put it in a shelter because most of them around here will end up killing her within two weeks. See if you can find a foster to take her or an outside individual rescue just try not to bring her to an actual shelter.

Happy to give this cat a loving home ! Like right meow 😻! Best part is he’ll have two built-in best friends. Milo are beloved, elderly cat is calm and collected and my five-year-old has been asking for a kitty again. Happy to take this cat and give it a loving home.
