I know it’s difficult to see yet it’s the reality. “Not seeing it” won’t do anything to promote being a responsible pet owner/parent or respecting a life when you run over it! 2 people in this group did more for this dog than his owner and that is why this needs to be on Facebook.

Jamie Graves I hear that. I just trapped and fixed 22 cats in 6 days, treated 8 medically, euthanized one, and emergency surgery out of my own pocket $600 to save one’s life. PLUS my own 9 cats, 5 dogs and 3 medical foster cats. Im tired of stupid irresponsible people. I’ll lose sleep tonight, they won’t.

Thank you for your help. Did you call the police. I know where I use to live they would come. I just don’t understand people leaving their animals outside. Just everyday we see so many sad stories of animals. Please people take care of your pets, love them, get them chipped and keep your animals inside. Stop taking them with you in hot days and when walking them they need booties on their feet. Too hot for their feet. Do a better job!!!
