Joyce Nelson they are 110% are responsible for this death. He was intact no microchip no tags on his collar. If they were responsible, he wouldn’t have been out roaming he would’ve been neutered. He would’ve had a microchip and he would’ve had tags on his collar.

Jenn Geisheker how do you allow your intact male pitbull to roam freely and without tags or a microchip which directly puts him in danger to be hit by a car and ed that is the better question. If this dog had responsible owners, this would not have happened and I know that irresponsible because the dog is intact no microchip, no tags and out roaming. He paid the ultimate price for his ty humans
