Check crawlspace sheds garages anywhere he could be locked in accidentally. Put his bed/blanket and some unwashed dirty laundry outside. The SCENT will help him find the way home if lost. I don't recommend litter box. It attracts predators that will scare him away. Leave access for him to get back inside when it is quiet and he feels safe to do so. At night time go outside and call/talk SOFTLY. Listen if he answers and comes out of hiding. Put up flyers. Not everyone uses social media. Hope Ripley is home very soon.
