This cat I have been feeding is getting worse , no I have no income to take to vet ,no I have no vehicle to transport,no I have no room to foster . I do can and have been feeding strays for many years at this time I am at my worst . But they all still eat. This is been for a while his tail is getting shorter and shorter and at times bleeds drops IF you can help I can get him into a carrier this cat is in pain so not sure if he will be friendly enough but I pray an angel can do what I can't let me know
