Is this this cat? If you zoom in it has a plastic looking collar with extra length sticking out. Was in my mom’s yard on fortune Ave. near W. 33rd while we out looking for my son’s cat that we found. We tried to get a better picture and thought it was a different cat on here. We saw this cat a few times last around 8 pm but must be hanging in the area if that’s it.
