Post flyers everywhere including on group mailboxes, street posts, windshields, school and church fences, storefronts. Keep searching for him, leaving a scent trail from home using your dirty socks. Check repeatedly on Nextdoor, Ring Neighbors, Ring Rescue, Petco Love Lost, the Humane Society, and the pound.
