He is a male, not neutered, and does not have a microchip. I found him laying on the corner of 135th and Central. I gave him a bath and food, but he still looks very sad. He is very loving and thankful. I hope his owners care about him and are looking for him. I cannot keep him for a long time because my place is small and pets are not allowed.
