Jami Jacobson especially with a leash around his neck, definitely hire either Buddha Dog Rescue & Recovery or hound hunters of New Jersey. Someone posted their Facebook info down below. It’s a crazy airport area of lots of traffic so tackle this as fast as you can. It’s good he’s chipped so if someone picks him up but definitely alert officers and Newark shelter and other shelters in the area. Praying for you guys
