Jami Jacobson I’m not sure what you mean by “they don’t do anything like that”…. Like what?? Whenever we have a dog that we have found, we call the police and they take note of it so in case the owner calls they can say - oh yea, we got a call he was found and they are headed here or to the shelter or whatever.
