We have a nice black cat showing up around the top of Stevens Ave where it meets West Post Rd. In White Plains. Recently !!! I saw it yesterday w my dog!!! The cat didn’t move. It. It only left when a second dog - my friend’s - also approached, that the cat left. It looks fine and healthy. Please, look over over here!!! Also, have you tried putting up signs in English and Spanish; sending photos to vets and animal hospitals and animal shelters nearby? I only ask because I had lost my cat and 2 months later I got a call. Someone brought him to the Mt Vernon Animal Shelter. Good luck!!!
