Yorkie with black stretchy fabric tied on as a collar with no tags. Not neutered but clearly groomed in the last few months.
Message from Finder
I found him crossing the intersection of Aero and Sandrock and he stopped in front of me in the turn lane and sat there and stared at me. I didn’t see anyone around and he’s super sweet but definitely upset. Took him to the vet and he is NOT chipped
