It often eats at our hse. We canNOT have it inside. Already reported on Nextdoor. We cannot do anything else. Not looking for advice. Just the owner.

Have you by chance taken it to the vet to get a chip.Check, maybe it's lost or could be someone abandoned it when they moved out of the neighborhood.Now.He has no place to go or nothing to eat

This is incredibly sad. This poor cat will suffer horrifically with its long hair in the heat and all the mats it will get or has. They tighten into the skin andnit is horrendously painful and will make ot hard for it to walk or jump which puts it in an unsafe state. Please get this cat to a rescue asap!!!

If you have already done all you can then maybe it doesn't have a home anymore. It may be time to contact a rescue. Advice or not, I've had similar experiences.
