Found this female brindle with white markings running on the side of Grand Pky 99 by 1314. There was another smaller tan dog that would not come to me

Dogs from the neighborhood directly north of 1314 n 99 (the side headed toward Conroe on 1314) have been running that stretch of 99 for years. Normally they go home at night, but many have been ed crossing in that area.
