Check with Maricopa County shelter. They've been taking many dogs in every day. Also check with local police for reports and put up Flyers. Also post on neighborhood both. Shared

Flyers on neighbor's doors work really well since not everyone has Facebook. Check sheds, bushes and neighbor sheds in the area. Did you try Arizona lost and found pets, Lost & found pets of AZ, Phoenix lost and found dogs, Lost and found pets of Phoenix, Lost Pets of Phoenix, Petco's lost and found petcolove.org, MCACC [Check daily], Lost dogs of...., straydars Arizona (the other straydars), azhumane.org/lostpet, ~Ring app [don’t need to have one] https://www.fidoalert.com/, Pawboost . Nextdoor, & Craigslist, but require a photo of the lost or found dog .
