Mikki Sullivan I don’t think he’s off base. I was just told by the vet on base they wouldn’t keep him if they found him. They would check him for a microchip which he has and his info has been updated. We have everything that smells like him. I will try the tuna. Thanks

Place out a humane trap You can purchase one at ace or home depot et cetera. Place tuna fish in it and put it buy. Where you last saw the cat, cover it with a blanket towel et cetera. Cats can smell tuna From over a block away.There range of traveling usually only a few houses at most. I question if anybody really saw the cat off base and left somebody took it off face. Thinking they probably saw another cat. This works most of the time. Also do this at dusk because they tend to hide in their excellent. Heiders and cats come out at dusk. You kept something else, just released it and then put it back out again the next evening
