Reunite a dog who has been neglected with that tumor? Why are there so many strays, neglected, abused, dumped and owner surrenders? I don't get these owners being so irresponsible and the poor dogs pay the ultimate price. They'll just get another dog and do the same thing. And yes, I know in some cases it is truly an "accident " but not most cases it's irresponsibility and/or neglect! Shame on these States/ Counties/Cities for being high revolving death traps and so many unwanted dumped, surrendered, abused, neglected animals like most cities throughout the USA where ing dogs is like a revolving door. Pathetic. Its passed down from generation to generation. NEUTER YOUR PETS and care for them. If not, I hope it catches up with all the irresponsible heartless PO$ owners! I also hope these owners get what they deserve in the end! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬💙
