Patches is Missing in Richmond, VA

Description

Black and white senior cat (20 years old) with large lump behind his ear. He is chunky, very calm, moves around somewhat slow, and doesnt like climbing things or doing strenuous work to get comfy (obviously due to age). Very sweet and approachable. Isn't scared easily by pets or people, and he allows you to pick him up, but isnt a fan.

Message from Owner

Please help us bring our 20-year-old fur baby, Patches. He doesnt usually venture off further than the courtyard in front of our apmts. He just loves being outdoors in nature and having the option to leisurely stroll around, people watch, and go in and out of the apmt in between his cat naps in the sun. Hes a lil chunky and definitely doesn't miss any meals or snacks. Hes always kept up the same routine, so not having him show up and not being able to look out and see him prancing around is aching my heart. I'm hoping a kind neighbor brought him in due to the extreme heat and that he's somewhere safe. We miss him, especially his brother and sister cats that adore him, and love to snuggle with him as if they know he's getting older. Its heartwrenching worrying about all of the possible outcomes. I'm praying for the best!! If you have seen or heard anything about Patches, or have taken him in, please, please, please reach out so we can get him as soon as possible! I would appreciate it more than I could ever put into words. 💚
