Did you take her to have scanned for a chip? You also need to report this to the nearest shelter in case the owner contacts them looking for their dog. Many people do not go online. Does the dog have a rabies tag? The owner can be located by contacting the issuer of the tag. Check Pawboost, Nextdoor, Ring, Petcolove, 24petconnect and your local shelters' lost/found site for lost dogs and post as found.

Be careful about giving the dog to just anyone. If you decide to find another home for the dog go through a rescue so possible new owners can be interviewed and checked out.
