Just found this sweet kitty on East Columbia near Victoria Hill. Very friendly and docile, and appears to be well cared for. Slim build, wearing what looks like a brand new harness with a moon pattern and a little star bell. There isn’t any identification on the harness or collar. I took him to the vet and he does not have a microchip and is not neutered. If this is your cat or you know who they belong to, please send me a message.
