My girlfriend and I just moved to a new apmt. We woke up today at 11am and while getting ready our cat Lucy was following us. My girlfriend left at around 12:30 and came back at 1:30. Those were the two times the front door was open. We brought out treats at 2 and noticed Lucy wasn’t coming. We checked EVERWHERE!! We don’t have furniture yet and we checked every hole. Every cabinet. Behind the washer and dryer and we can’t find her anywhere. We don’t know how she could’ve slipped out. It’s only been a few hours but I’m already freaking out wondering where she could’ve gone. She has a pink collar around her. And her tag has my phone number. I’m posting this in case anyone finds her outside somewhere. If anyone finds her could you please give me a call. I’ve raised her since she was a kitten and she is now 7. When she gets anxious and uncomfortable she hides in places people don’t know existed. I’ve moved a total of 5 times with her and she does this every time. But this time, I basically tore apart the place and can’t find her and think she could have slipped out the front door. When my girlfriend left she told me she saw her in the living room. I had been working on hooking up the new WiFi and just thought Lucy was in hiding. I checked the usual hiding spot infer our bed and she wasn’t there. If anyone has any information regarding Lucy please let me know I would be so grateful😭 thank you!!
