Go out at nite with a flashlight and their fav food, goodies or salmon and tuna. Look in bushes, under cars, etc. if u have a garage leave the door open a bit with his food or even a window. Make up posters and spread them around the area. Motion lights are helpful. Check the city, all rescue organizations and vets in your area every day.

Check in with 311 Animal Services in case picked up. Most indoor cats do not go very far and are very good at hiding. Make sure you connect with your neighbours and their kids because kids see everything. Have them check under decks, bushes, in sheds etc. Don't forget to look up too. Some kitties climb trees when scared.

If you want to find your cat then you need to do the following. Put up posters on light posts in strategic high traffic areas in the community where the cat was lost and spread out to neighbouring communities as the weeks go by as well as areas where you receive legitimate leeds. Posters are to be placed in sheet protectors and adhered to fluorescent poster paper to attract attention. You need people helping you find your pet. I am seeing this post from Edmonton because it came up on my feed. I can’t help you find your pet from here. Very few people in your community will see this post because they are not on Pawsboost alert, so YOU need to make the effort to inform them, so that they can help you. Daisy was captured within a month abd I recently helped find Kronk a cat that was lost just after 5 days of being rehomed. It took about a week to locate Kronk. You will most likely need a cat trap to capture cat when it is located because when they are lost they are in survival mode and usually will not come when called.
