Message from Finder

We got messages from the apmt complex about him a few days ago asking if anyone lost a pet. No one has come for him so I think if he’s lost he belongs to someone in a nearby neighborhood. He barks at everyone he sees. I can’t bring him inside but I feel so bad for him.

Poor baby! Can you take him to a vet to see if he is microchipped? Any vet will do this at no cost to you.

Poor pup has been out for awhile from the looks of coat. May have been abused and neglected!

This is Indy Pets: Lost and Found 🐾 Lost Dog Sighting Tips: Please use this link to request animal control on this link in Marion co. This link will go directly to an animal control officer 24/7: request.indy.gov (if injured select injured stray to make it a priority pick up for medical care) 317-327-3811 And please make a sighting report on IndyLostPetAlert.com which is the website the city shelter runs , as well the NextDoor app/ Neighbors RING app Please leave smelly food & water out in one location up away from traffic . Stay at a distance and gently toss high value meat / smelly treats to him/her gently, always nd be sure to SIT down quietly at their level at a distance , and let them come to you. They may eventually allow you to help to be scanned for a microchip. Thank you for caring and reporting the sighting 🐾
