Should African Spurred Tortoise (Sulcata) be put in water or not? Yes—but with an important distinction. An African Spurred Tortoise should have access to drinking water, and many keepers regularly give them shallow warm-water soaks, especially when they are young. Recommended: Shallow water only, no deeper than the tortoise can safely stand in. Supervised soaking. Young Sulcatas: often soaked several times per week. Adults: may be soaked less often, depending on climate, diet, and hydration. Not recommended: Deep water. Leaving them unattended in water. Prolonged soaking. Treating them like aquatic turtles. The confusion comes from the fact that Sulcatas are desert-edge tortoises and are not swimmers. Some people therefore say "don't put them in water," when what they really mean is "don't place them in deep water." So the short answer is: Yes, shallow supervised soaking is generally considered beneficial; no, they should not be placed in deep water or left to soak for long periods.

Make sure to give it some water. For now you can give some dark leafy greens like Romain lettuce, mustard greens but no fruit. Try to keep warm but don't leave or put in the sun as they need a place to cool down.
