He ( I think) seems friendly. He came up right to me, I called him over once again for a little treat. Looks like he has been out for a couple months but definitely was a hse cat because he followed me home and tried to get in. I hope this is someone's cat. Breaks my heart knowing someone is missing him.

Have neighbors check garages and sheds. Have a tree out back? Check that too. Leave your garage door up a little so they can return home to a familiar place. Place a box outside with blankets or even the clothes you wore today so a cat can pick up the scent and make it home. If you are new to this area, have friends keep an eye out at your former home. And please: CHECK THE LOCAL SHELTERS DAILY I hope your kitty makes it back home safe very soon. Please make sure to get your cat chipped once they return, and PLEASE keep them indoors!
