Making assumptions based on the dogs looks doesn't help. It could have been in bad shape already and got lost from a foster or new owner. Find the home first before judging how the fog ended up in this state

Looks like this guy was out for a while. Thx for caring for him. Plz require proof of ownership if it comes to that. People collect lost animals for unethical and illegal purposes while posing as an owner or someone who cares. Shared in Swissvale PA.

Mikayla Placke the best thing to do for this pet is taking it to the shelter for care. The owners can claim the pup from there. He needs help now.
