He looks really thin so either has been out a while or was dumped! Please take him to a vet and have scanned for a chip! Sharing

Yes, this dog is very thin and possibly for a number of reasons. I had two dogs with cardiomyopathy. They were both well fed and cared for but became very thin because of the disease. They had a cardiologist at PVSEC. I used to tell her she would have to attest that my dogs were under her care and well taken care of and loved because people would comment on their body condition. I could have put a child through one year of college for what I spent on their care. Please be kind with your comments, you do not know the situation. Hopefully, this dog will be cared for soon.
