This boy is so sweet! He’s been roaming around here for a while but I feel like someone’s missing him since he has a collar on. I’ve been feeding and making sure he has water but I can’t take him in because I’m at kitty capacity.

Yeah, the best bet is to see if you can take them to the vet and get them scanned.But if you're in an apartment, it's very likely that someone moved and just left him and he doesn't know what to do.Thank you for feeding him and caring my goodness.Poor baby , maybe you can find him home
