Slim black cat with a tiny white spot on his chest yellow-green eyes. I believe he’s un-neutered - no collar.

(The picture above is of my cat , but my cat and the stray cat look IDENTICAL they even have the same tiny white spot on their chest) I live at 8802 midvale ave n Seattle wa 98103 and the cat has been coming in my back yard and playing with my other cat kloey for about a year. He won’t let me get close enough to him to pick him up. He’s been around for almost 2 years now. I’m moving and I don’t want to leave him behind, (even though he’s not mine) no animal deserves that. He seems very sweet , just standoffish.
