She was just sitting in the road. Very sweet and is sad. She is lost or not sure why she is walking the streets. We have walked the neighbirhood and no one knows her. She seems to be a inside dog. PLEASE we have cats and dogs and cannot keep her for long. Will go to vet tomorrow to see if she has a chip.
