Jennifer Parsons oh no, that's not good at all, if you find him PLEASE get him microchipped for exactly this reason. So that he would be able to be scanned if found and you would be notified. Without him chipped and the possibility that he could be anywhere is terrible 😔 Have you talked to police about the possibility that you believe your roommate dumped your cat somewhere?

Teresa Salcedo no he was stolen from a person that stays where i stay and if he didn't harm him he was probably dropped off in north philly or fishtown area

Kumru Erenler I do know his routines and when i wasnt able to find him right away i knew something was wrong and my gut was right. He was stolen and either harmed or dropped of in north Philly or fishtown, by one of the people that stay where i do. Im hurt and need Jasper back

Angela Seward Hi there he is 3yrs.old yes neutered not microchipped or collar. The people i stay with dont like me and let him out a couple of times knowing he doesn't go out and i was able to find him within a couple of hrs. This time cameras viewed showed he wasn't let out but he was gone. That person actually took Jasper and if he didnt hurt him might have dropped him off in north Philly or fishtown where he hangs out. If anyone has any groups in that area that good help me help please let me know. I need Jasper back.

Dorothy Vance it should be banned but it's not. I'm giving benefit of the doubt in saying this owner hopefully adopted this poor baby declawed vs doing it themselves.
